Modern  Dance
The spirit of modern dance with the creation of shapes in the space, emphasises on the ability to drop and recovering the body's own weight by finding balance in and out of the body center. Emotions and stability are challenged through the exploration of dramatic and introspective aspects within the body shapes.

Isadora  Duncan   Dance
Duncan dance is the free-spirited spontaneous movement. The most liberated, self-directed form of dance that gives the opportunity to develop gracefulness, imagination, balance and expressiveness while giving the body a sensation of lightness and innocence.

Alexander   Technique
